GFL Launches Mobile Banking Platform PESA ULIPO

GFL has launched a mobile banking platform under the brand name PESA ULIPO that enables customers to apply for and receive money anytime anywhere through their mobile phones.

GFL receives Kshs 912 million facility from the Dutch Development Bank FMO

Greenland Fedha (GFL) received Sh911.6 million from FMO, a Dutch Development Bank that finances business and projects in developing countries.

FMO and KTDA signed the agreement which will allow the over 560, 000 small scale tea farmers access affordable credit facilities from Greenland Fedha to enable growers expand and diversify their business enterprises.

Greenland Fedha General Manager, Ms Anne Gathuku, said that the funding is a big opportunity as it will enable the company to reach more farmers with credit facilities.
